By placing an order, you confirm that the customer, delivery, quantity, and payment information supplied is accurate.

Orders and stock

Stock and prices are rechecked when an order is submitted. Jambo Cosmetics may contact you if fulfillment circumstances change.

Manual payments remain pending until staff verify the submitted evidence. Do not share mobile-money or banking PINs.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled online while still Received. Later cancellation or return requests require support review.
